While organizations increasingly recognize that AI success depends on connected data, content, and workflows, most have not yet built the operational foundation required to scale it.

The gap is especially visible in how organizations are managing enterprise information. While nearly all (94%) of respondents say well-connected data, processes, and applications are highly important to successful AI adoption, less than a third (27%) say those elements are well connected in their organization today. And although 65% say their structured data is somewhat or fully prepared for AI use, only 39% say the same about their unstructured data, including emails, PDFs, images, video, and other document-based content that make up much of the information businesses rely on every day.

Untapped Opportunity in Unstructured Data

For many organizations, the issue is not a lack of data. It is that much of the most operationally important information remains trapped in unstructured data spread across repositories, applications, and workflows. The report suggests that closing this gap will require more than deploying new AI tools. It will depend on building a stronger foundation for governance, access, and workflow execution, especially as organizations move toward more agentic forms of AI.

The top-cited data challenges are data silos (54%), data security and privacy issues (48%), data format issues (46%), insufficient data management and governance (46%), and insufficient or unclear data strategy (45%). Just 10% cite a lack of data as a primary issue, reinforcing that the central problem is not volume, but readiness, access, and trust.

A Practical Path to Enterprise AI Readiness

The findings also suggest that many organizations still have not embedded AI into day-to-day operations. Oltre un milione di euro per i boschi costieri: la Regione approva i fondi per le pinete

FIRENZE – La Regione Toscana ha dato il via libera all’elenco delle domande ammesse per ottenere i contributi destinati alla riqualificazione e al miglioramento delle pinete situate lungo la fascia costiera. Il provvedimento, formalizzato attraverso un apposito decreto dirigenziale, mette sul piatto un budget complessivo di 1.275.452 euro.

Il piano di aiuti permetterà di realizzare una serie di interventi mirati e concreti per la cura del patrimonio boschivo: le operazioni previste spaziano dal decespugliamento all’abbattimento degli alberi malati, fino alla messa a dimora di nuove piante. I fondi copriranno inoltre opere di piccola entità volte al consolidamento delle dune sabbiose che confinano direttamente con le aree alberate. L’obiettivo della misura è duplice: da un lato tutelare la salute degli ecosistemi litoranei, dall’altro rendere questi polmoni verdi maggiormente godibili e accoglienti per i turisti e i visitatori.

L’erogazione di queste risorse rappresenta la seconda fase di un percorso amministrativo più ampio. Se il primo intervento era stato concepito in via esclusiva per gli enti pubblici, questa nuova finestra di finanziamenti ha allargato la partecipazione, includendo tra i beneficiari anche i soggetti privati.

Le cifre assegnate, che a seguito delle opportune verifiche sui singoli dossier potranno coprire fino al cento per cento dei costi sostenibili, prevedono dei tetti massimi differenziati: ogni beneficiario privato potrà ottenere fino a 100mila euro, mentre per le realtà pubbliche il limite di contributo sale a 180mila euro. La graduatoria attuale vede le prime quattordici domande classificate come potenzialmente finanziabili; i successivi sei progetti in lista restano invece esclusi dall’erogazione per mancanza di risorse.

Bancarotta e un buco da quattro milioni a Pisa: sequestrata una villa sul Garda all’ex amministratore

PISA – Un buco milionario lasciato alle spalle e un investimento immobiliare di prestigio realizzato con i fondi sottratti ai creditori. È questo lo scenario ricostruito a Pisa dai militari della Guardia di finanza, che hanno fatto luce sul dissesto di un’impresa locale attiva nel comparto della distribuzione farmaceutica.

Le indagini, condotte dal Nucleo di polizia economico-finanziaria e coordinate dalla Procura della Repubblica pisana, si sono concentrate sulle cause che hanno portato alla liquidazione giudiziale di una società specializzata, nello specifico, nello smercio di un collirio. Gli accertamenti contabili hanno fatto emergere un quadro finanziario disastroso: negli anni, l’azienda aveva infatti accumulato un’esposizione debitoria complessiva che superava i quattro milioni di euro. Una vera e propria voragine composta da pendenze con il fisco, mancati versamenti previdenziali e fatture non onorate verso i fornitori.

Di fronte a un evidente e acclarato stato di insolvenza, l’amministratore avrebbe dovuto avviare le regolari procedure concorsuali previste dalla legge. Al contrario, secondo la ricostruzione degli investigatori, l’uomo avrebbe architettato un piano per svuotare le casse aziendali a proprio vantaggio, andando così a danneggiare in modo irreparabile la massa dei creditori.

Le risorse finanziarie distratte dal patrimonio societario sarebbero state reimpiegate per un acquisto di lusso. A conclusione delle indagini, infatti, i finanzieri hanno eseguito un decreto di sequestro preventivo emesso dal Tribunale di Pisa per un importo fino a concorrenza di 720mila euro. Il provvedimento ha colpito direttamente una villa composta da 17 vani situata a Gardone Riviera, in provincia di Brescia.

Per l’amministratore è scattata la denuncia con l’accusa di bancarotta fraudolenta per distrazione. L’iter giudiziario si trova attualmente nella fase dell’udienza preliminare; per l’indagato resta valida la presunzione di innocenza fino all’eventuale pronuncia di una sentenza irrevocabile di condanna.

A Rocca di Papa prende ufficialmente il via il “Museo diffuso del bosco”, un’iniziativa che coniuga arte contemporanea, valorizzazione ambientale e turismo sostenibile nel cuore dei Castelli Romani. Il progetto si inserisce nell’ambito di Experience Park, format avviato nel 2024 e organizzato da Valica S.p.A., realtà leader nel marketing tecnologico applicato ai settori turismo ed enogastronomia.

L’iniziativa è patrocinata dall’amministrazione di Rocca di Papa, dal Parco Regionale dei Castelli Romani, dalla Comunità Montana Castelli Romani e Prenestini e da Sistema Castelli Romani, con il coinvolgimento di numerosi partner territoriali e operatori del settore.

Il Museo diffuso del bosco si sviluppa lungo i sentieri del Parco dei Castelli Romani, tra Monte Cavo e la storica Via Sacra, trasformando il paesaggio naturale in uno spazio espositivo immersivo. L’obiettivo è promuovere una fruizione consapevole del territorio, attraverso un dialogo diretto tra arte e ambiente.

Il progetto si distingue per il suo carattere innovativo: non un museo tradizionale, ma un percorso aperto e accessibile, in cui le installazioni artistiche si integrano con l’ecosistema boschivo, offrendo un’esperienza culturale, educativa ed emozionale.

Il percorso si articola attraverso cinque installazioni artistiche che affrontano, con linguaggi diversi, il tema del rapporto tra uomo e natura. Tra queste spicca “Flora”, opera monumentale in legno dell’artista Marco Martalar, realizzata con materiali di recupero e simbolo di resilienza ambientale.

Lungo la Via Sacra trovano spazio anche sculture di animali in metallo Corten, perfettamente integrate nel paesaggio, che richiamano la biodiversità del territorio. Le altre installazioni approfondiscono il tema del benessere psicofisico legato alla natura, della qualità della vita e della percezione del paesaggio, attraverso opere che invitano il visitatore a rallentare e a osservare con maggiore consapevolezza.

Il Museo diffuso del bosco si inserisce in un’offerta più ampia proposta da Experience Park, che include servizi di noleggio e-bike e percorsi di trekking, con l’obiettivo di incentivare forme di mobilità sostenibile e turismo lento.

A completare l’esperienza, l’area gastronomica della Baita di Monte Cavo propone una selezione di piatti tipici dei Castelli Romani, valorizzando le eccellenze locali e contribuendo a rafforzare il legame tra territorio e tradizione culinaria.

Il Museo diffuso del bosco è visitabile gratuitamente tutti i giorni dal 25 aprile al 25 ottobre. L’area gastronomica è aperta dal venerdì alla domenica e nei giorni festivi, con orari variabili in base alla stagione.

L’iniziativa si candida a diventare un punto di riferimento nel panorama del turismo esperienziale nazionale, contribuendo a rafforzare l’attrattività dei Castelli Romani attraverso un modello integrato che unisce cultura, ambiente e sviluppo sostenibile.

DB HiTek started MPW (Multi-Project Wafer) runs for its SiC and GaN processes in December 2025, producing samples for more than 10 customer products. These were delivered between March and April 2026. Customer evaluations are underway, with feedback to be incorporated into final process verification. Full-scale mass production is scheduled to begin in 2027.

Currently, DB HiTek maintains mass production relationships with approximately 400 customers, primarily focused on its flagship power semiconductor products. F-Gas, formazione e certificazione: un passaggio obbligato per tecnici e imprese

Reggio Calabria, 29 Aprile 2026. Dai sistemi di climatizzazione delle automobili ai frigoriferi industriali, fino ad arrivare agli impianti di condizionamento installati nelle abitazioni, negli uffici e nelle strutture commerciali, i gas fluorurati a effetto serra, altrimenti noti come F-Gas, sono usati in molte applicazioni della vita quotidiana.

Per quanto non danneggino lo strato di ozono, questi gas artificiali hanno un alto potenziale di GWP (Global Warming Potential, ovvero Potenziale di Riscaldamento Globale).

Proprio per il loro possibile impatto ambientale, questi gas e gli impianti che li utilizzano sono regolati da un quadro normativo che disciplina in modo rigoroso le attività di installazione, riparazione, manutenzione, smantellamento, controllo delle perdite e recupero, imponendo requisiti stringenti per gli operatori del settore.

Il riferimento europeo che disciplina gli F-Gas è il Regolamento (UE) 2024/573. Nel nostro Paese, il sistema è disciplinato dal D.P.R. 146/2018, che definisce modalità e requisiti per la certificazione degli operatori del settore.

Le disposizioni prevedono due livelli: la certificazione della persona fisica – spesso indicata, impropriamente, come “patentino F-Gas” – e quella dell’impresa. Solo la presenza di entrambe consente di operare legalmente su apparecchiature contenenti gas fluorurati.

Per ottenere la certificazione della persona fisica è necessario superare un esame presso un Organismo di Valutazione accreditato da Accredia, l’Ente Italiano di Accreditamento.

La certificazione dell’impresa è un’attestazione organizzativo-strumentale che garantisce che l’azienda ha gli strumenti idonei a supportare il lavoro dei tecnici in modo sicuro e tracciabile.

A livello normativo si deve poi ricordare il Regolamento (CE) n. 307/2008, relativo alle attività di recupero dei gas fluorurati dagli impianti di climatizzazione dei veicoli a motore, introducendo obblighi specifici per gli autoriparatori.

L’ottenimento della certificazione richiede una preparazione che comprenda conoscenze normative e competenze tecniche. Il percorso di formazione è quindi un passaggio necessario per affrontare l’esame previsto e operare nel rispetto delle disposizioni vigenti.
